The U.S. Safety Product Review Board (PRB) is responsible for every choice we make, from identifying customer requirements to product design and testing to performance standards. Key decision makers from Marketing, Customer Support and Operations work together on a regular basis throughout the product development process to achieve a broad basis of knowledge, expertise and opinions.
To ensure that our products address real customer needs, the U.S. Safety PRB relies heavily on the contribution of Customer Representatives that are hand selected for their expertise and willingness to provide direct input on product development. Customer PRB members give us valuable insight by identifying opportunities for product innovation, field testing product samples and giving direct feedback from those in the workplace.
The result is a range of products that have passed the test among engineers, safety professionals and most importantly…the people they are designed to protect.
